Grace, I love your list! It fits your personality really well I think. I had never considered staying at a hotel to be a simple pleasure, but I understand how that can be fun too. It's always fun to stay in a new place.
I think it's funny because based on your list, I would assume you've been traveling recently even if I didn't know you're in Virginia :) (airports, hotels). I LOVE hotels. My brothers and I always had so much fun in them. I like how your list was varied and represented all of the different aspects of your life. I also love rain and I was going to put that on my list too.
Just out of curiosity, since you have both rain and dancing on your list, have you ever danced in the rain? Let me tell you what, if you haven't, the next time it rains, you need to grab a friend and go dance in the rain. I have so many good memories from years ago of my sister and I dancing in the rain. On Barney, they'd have this song about dancing in the rain, and my sister and I were obsessed with Barney. So naturally, we went outside and danced in the rain. And I can honestly say the times we went outside and danced in the rain may have been some of the best moments of my life. So...get outside and dance in the rain

This list is very you. My favorite on your list is "knowing your the reason behind a smile." That's truly one of the best feelings. Being able to give to someone is so great because not only are they affected, but we are as well.
A nice cozy sweater would make me very happy right now! It is so cold out! I love your one about making people smile too, that's one of the best feelings. Also, laughing is one of my favorite things. It is just contagious and a wonderful thing when a group of people are happy.

Dang it Mary, I didnt even think to put pasta down on my list even though I can honestly say I love pasta more than probably anything...except my cat of course. But your list is so...you. It's actually kinda crazy. Anyway, I enjoyed reading your list. I may not have the exact same interests that you do, but it's still a pretty good list haha
I love going to bed when it is raining but I complexity disagree with the part about the sheets being cold. Who likes that feeling? You are so weird! I have an electric blanket and use for that reason. I do love tea though and I want some right now because it's so chilly! Everyone is writing about wintery things because it is two degrees here!

Lauren, I also love New York City. That is one of my favorite places. I haven't been there since July and I need to go back soon. I also love the feeling of having perfect winged eyeliner. It definitely makes you feel a lot better and confident.

Gizzy, a lot of stuff on our list is the same and I think it's funny. James Bond movies are some of my favorites. Also, when my favorite teams win, it's a great feeling. I think it's cool we have some similarities.
Wow, Gizzy. We both enjoy cats obviously. I like Penguins victories but I am not a fan of the Steelers or Pirates. I prefer the Ravens and the Yankees. But to each his own I guess!
